Before a powder coat can be properly applied, the surface must be clean. We have three different cleaning options available that are sure to meet your needs and optimize the surface of your product for powder coating.

Shot Blasting
We have a conveyor blasting system that cleans materials by blasting the product with steel shot. This machine allows us to clean a large number of parts up to 6' x 4' x 40'. This is great for removing scale from new mill run material and is used primarily for high production (large quantity) parts.

Sand Blasting
We have a blast room that allows us to sand blast parts as big as 30' x 15' x 10'. Used for profiling, to remove old finishes, or for blasting parts that are too big for our automated machinery.

Media Blasting (Plastic, Glass, Dupont Starblast^{®, etc.} )
We use media blasting when regular shot and sand blasting aren't appropriate. We can accomodate parts as big as 50' x 10' x 10'.
